We provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults, focusing on personalized care.

We do not provide stand-alone therapy. We do integrate supportive therapy with our medication management, however, at this time we cannot provide therapy-only services.

Yes. We offer both in-person and secure telepsychiatry appointments. Telehealth availability is dependent on patient location and clinical appropriateness.

Yes, we accept several insurance plans – BCBS, United, Aenta, Cigna, Medicaid, Medicare, Absolute Total Care, Tricare. If you have questions about whether we are in-network with your insurance, please call our office at 843-604-4577

Copays, coinsurance, and deductible amounts are charged on the day of the appointment using the payment method on file.
If an overpayment occurs, it will be refunded. If additional charges apply after insurance processing, a receipt will be provided.
We accept major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and ACH payments

Yes. ADHD evaluations involve a structured, multi-step process.

Initial visits focus on comprehensive history and diagnostic assessment. Objective testing may be required and carries a $50 out-of-pocket fee. Results are reviewed at a follow-up visit, at which time treatment options, including medication when clinically indicated, are discussed.

Stimulant prescriptions require 1 in peerson visit every 6 months.

Self-pay options are available for patients who choose not to use insurance or whose plans are out of network.

  • Initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes): $300
  • Follow-up visits (30 minutes): $150
  • Brief medication management visit (15 minutes): $90

Limited sliding-scale appointments are available based on financial need. Please contact our office if you are experiencing difficulty paying for care.

South Carolina residents must be physically present in the state of South Carolina at the time of your appointment.

North carolina with insurances accepted by the Grow platform may be seen if they are physically located in North Carolina at the time of the appointment.

When medically appropriate, controlled medications may be prescribed. Our practice follows a conservative, safety-focused approach, particularly with benzodiazepines.
All prescribing decisions are individualized and based on clinical assessment, medical history, and best practices.
For controlled medications, our policies include:
No frequent medication switching or rapid dose escalation
No early refills
No concurrent prescribing by other providers
No dosing beyond standard-of-care guidelines

Established patients may communicate with their care team through the patient portal, which is used for non-urgent clinical questions, medication requests, and appointment-related communication.

You must be consistently seen by our clinic for 3 to 6 months before your provider can fill out FMLA paperwork.
FMLA and other forms are subject to a form fee if not discussed during regularly scheduled appointment time.

While we aim to provide the best possible care, there are for everyone some services that are outside of our scope or capacity as a clinic. Please review the list of services we are unable to provide.

We are unable to offer the following:

  • Stand-alone psychotherapy without medication management
    • While we do incorporate supportive therapy into every visit, we do not have the capacity to offer traditional 60-minute weekly or biweekly therapy sessions
  • Emergency or crisis services
    • If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
  • Psychiatric care for children or adolescents
  • Fitness-for-duty/custody evaluations/legal reports or one time psyhiatirc clearnce evluations
  • Autism diagnostic evaluations
  • FMLA or short term disability paperwork at the first visit.
    • Patient must be consistently attending appiontmetns for 3 to 6 months prior to completing this
