A 60-minute comprehensive first appointment to get to know you and formulate a personalized treatment plan
follow-up appointments
30 minute follow-up appointments to assess progress and adjust treatment plan as needed
Ongoing Therapeutic Support
Your provider will integrate supportive therapy into your medication management appointments to enhance care
*15 min med checks and extended 60 minute appointments available based on provider recommendations and patient preference
